Over the years, Frances Koncilja has built a reputation as a fearless and tireless trial lawyer, as well as a dedicated and respected community leader. Beginning with the Denver Public Defender's office in 1972, and later serving as an Assistant United States Attorney, Frances developed and honed her trial skills. She appeared in court almost every day during those five years. Frances then spent ten years as a partner in the Denver office of a 640-lawyer law firm. She founded Koncilja & Associates in 1993.
