The Mayor has kept Frances involved in this important project by appointing her to all 4 design juries. The design juries were charged with interviewing the architects and making recommendations to the Mayor. The Mayor has also appointed Frances to the Executive Committee of the Mayor's 2006 Infrastructure Task Force. Frances is currently the Ex Officio Member and Nominations Committee Chair of The City Club of Denver. She also serves on the board of the Gold Crown Foundation.
